Southern Fence & Events LLC ("Southern Charm Photo Booth," "we," "us") operates this website to provide photo booth rental information and quotes. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.

• Quote requests. When you submit our quote form we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email, phone number, event date, event type and guest count.
• Usage data. Like most websites we collect standard analytics data (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, referring source) through cookies and tags such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and advertising pixels.

How we use it

• To respond to your quote request and coordinate your event.
• To measure and improve our advertising and website performance, including conversion tracking for Google Ads and similar platforms.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and our business (for example our CRM and form provider, analytics and advertising platforms), and when required by law.
